The cancellation of the order is possible within 1 hour, you will be charged through Paypal. The reasons for cancellation must be justified by email. Our intention is that this will never happen! All the shipments of our services will sent by email. The delivery time of original logos from our gallery is 48 hours. The delivery time for the rest of our services will be determined on a case to case basis with each client depending on the complication of the order. Although we aim to work as fast as possible we do not want to leave anything out and aim to deliver the best results.

The original logos will be delivered in formats copatable with all computers: JPEG., PSD., EPS. or Ai. All designs are in hi-res which you will be able to open in any program.
